How we work
- Repair-first, honestly. If a puncture can be repaired safely to British Standard, we'll say so — even though a repair earns us less than a new tyre.
- One all-in price, before anything's booked. The price we quote is the price you pay.
- Straight answers on timing. We aim for same-day on most jobs and run a 24-hour emergency callout — and we give you an honest ETA, not a fantasy one.
- Local by design. One patch — North London and its commuter belt — covered properly, rather than half the country covered thinly.
What we deliberately don't do
We don't quote response times we can't keep. We don't sell you a replacement when a safe repair would do. And we don't bury costs in the small print — if a job changes once we're on site, we talk to you before we touch anything.
